UNHCR Headquarters in Geneva is establishing an Independent Audit and Oversight Committee to serve in an expert advisory capacity to assist the High Commissioner for Refugees and UNHCR's Executive Committee in exercising their oversight responsibilities. The Committee will meet up to four times per year in Geneva. UNHCR is seeking to appoint five members to this Committee.
